This website is operated by Keeko Designs Ltd (“we/Keeko Designs”) personalised typographic word art. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 8101209. As a user of this website you (“The Customer”) acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. We may change our terms and conditions without prior notice, but please be assured the revised information will always be found on our website under the heading ‘terms and conditions’.
We reserve the right to alter or make changes to our website at any time. This may include updating or removing images, product information, and prices. All images, descriptive matter, and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw products at any time and /or remove or edit content on this website.
By placing an order with Keeko Designs Ltd you are accepting our terms and conditions. Only persons aged eighteen years or over may agree to these terms and use the website.
We are open from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to speak to us out of the above hours then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch as soon as it is possible.
Prices & Payment
The prices of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation. Keeko Designs do not offer credit terms and all items must be paid for in full when ordered.
We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal accounts. We use Paypal as our online merchant to process all payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this payment method, you can simply enter your payment details when prompted. This ensures that when entering sensitive information such as credit and debit card information, it is done securely and using encryption. For all telephone orders we use Barclaycard to process all card payment. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Ordering and Approval of Artwork
Each Keeko Designs framed print is made to order and will normally be dispatched within 10 working days of proof approval. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you an acknowledgement via email to say we have received your order.
Once your order and payment have been received, we will create your bespoke/personalised artwork and e-mail you a proof (digital reflection of goods before they are printed) for your approval. Please note that your designed framed print may differ slightly in the layout to the product image shown due to spacing requirements. Please ensure you check all your details on placing your order with us to make sure all the information is correct. Keeko Designs cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information once you have approved your design. If you recognise a mistake on the proof, please let us know immediately. Any time lost approving your artwork will incur a delay in receiving the goods.
Only after we have received written approval from you, we will proceed with the order. We will print and frame your chosen design and aim for you to receive your order within 10 working days. Please note gift wrapping is unavailable on all stretched canvas orders. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to say when your item has been dispatched.
Please contact us if you need to receive your item in a hurry and we will see what we can do to accommodate your requests. On rare occasions, emails are misdirected as spam by incoming mail servers. Therefore, if you do not immediately receive an order confirmation or proof approval email, please check your junk mail folder or call us on 020 3535 1895.
Changes to your Order
Upon approval of your proof we are still able to make changes to your artwork upon request. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately or call us on 020 3535 1895 during office hours, so we can amend your details before your design is created. Any changes to your order will incur a delay receiving the goods and may result in additional charges. Standard artwork alteration charge is £15.00.
Requests such as alteration of layout, size and proportion of text and changes to font type will be classed as a complete redesign. For those wishing to redesign any artworks shown on this website, we offer a “bespoke” service. Please see website or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Colours may vary slightly from the one viewed on your computer or printed media. We will do our best to match colours as they appear on the digital proof although we are not liable for the final colours appearance. Slight differences (up to 20% in CMYK value) in colour may occur and we cannot take responsibility for that.
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made and your order confirmed, please contact us immediately on email@example.com or call us on 020 3535 1895 during office hours. If no work has been started on your framed print then we are happy to offer a full refund. If work has been started on your order we will offer a refund, however, a cancellation fee of £10.00 per product will be incurred. This fee covers administration charges, artwork verification and proof preparation.
All personalised typographic word art sales are final as we personalise each order according to your request. We will not accept returns without prior agreement. We only accept returns due to shipping damages and must be reported to us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from receipt of goods. Claims received later than 5 days from receipt of goods may be rejected. Photographic evidence of the damaged goods (product and packaging) will be required to process a claim. Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in additional charges being incurred in the event we replace your personalised product. Approved claims will have a new personalised product redelivered as a replacement of the damaged goods.
Goods are subject to availability. If stock is unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you with the option to claim a full refund or agree to wait until the product becomes available.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
When redeeming gift vouchers the unique gift voucher code stated on the gift voucher will need to be entered at the checkout. The gift voucher must be used in full, no balances can be held. If the goods purchased exceed the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid when the gift voucher is redeemed.
By purchasing and/or redeeming a gift voucher you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Keeko Designs gift vouchers can be redeemed only on www.keekodesigns.co.uk towards the purchase of items currently featured on our site. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. One or more gift voucher can be redeemed against a single order.
We shall not be responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, impaired, corrupted, destroyed, deleted or used without permission. Gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable and not for resale. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or assignable. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the date of dispatch by us and will expire after such date.

Promotional code terms and conditions
By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Keeko Designs promotional codes can only be used on www.keekodesigns.co.uk and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our site. Promotional codes cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
The discount associated with a promotional code is applied to your entire basket. Promotional codes are a combination of letters and numbers, e.g., PROMO23, and should be entered during checkout for the discount to apply.
Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for each promotional code setting out these limits can be found in the communication you received with the code itself.
Keeko Designs reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel any promotional code, at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary to do so. We may update these terms from time to time and reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for specific promotional codes as and where necessary. You should review the promotional code terms and conditions periodically for changes.
Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded or reassigned. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.
Keeko Designs Ltd own this website and all of its contents. All designs are copyrighted to Keeko Designs 2017. Any use of materials on this website without prior permission from Keeko Designs Ltd is strictly prohibited.
You shall not have any right to reproduce or authorise any other person to reproduce any such design work in whole or in part which would, in the absence of written authorisation by Keeko Designs Ltd, infringe any copyright or design right which may subsist in relation to any such design work.
The customer shall indemnify and hold us blameless against all demands, actions, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of any claim (including but not limited to the defense of such claim) that the reproduction of the materials by us infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or misuses the confidential information of a third party.
Copyright of a Bespoke Design
You may request the inclusion of any words and phrases you wish and we will do our utmost to fit them into the design. However, we cannot be aware of every word/phrase, which may be subject to copyright. Therefore, when you request such words to be included, you must ensure that where permissions are required, that they are already granted to you. It is our customer’s responsibility to ensure that no infringements of copyright conditions are breached. Keeko Designs cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright law.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over said other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or restraints, or delays affecting carriers, or an inability, or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then our performance of its obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
You also acknowledge that in no event shall we be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorised use of the site or its content.
None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. These terms and conditions and all other express and implied terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your Statutory Rights are not affected and we deliver an absolute No Prejudice practice when dealing with customer queries, returns, exchanges and refunds.
