Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes you can. We are open from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to place a telephone order please contact us on 020 3535 1895.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Upon receipt of your cleared payment we will send you an acknowledgement via email to say we have received your order.
How long will it take to produce my personalised product?
Each Keeko Designs framed print is made to order and will normally be dispatched within 10 working days of proof approval.
Please contact us if you need to receive your item in a hurry and we will see what we can do to accommodate your requests.
Will I see a proof of my design before it is printed?
Once your order and payment have been received, we will create your bespoke/personalised artwork and e-mail you a proof (digital reflection of goods before they are printed) for your approval. Only after we have received written approval from you, we will proceed with the order.
Keeko Designs cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information once you have approved your design. If you recognise a mistake on the proof, please let us know immediately. Any time lost approving your artwork will incur a delay in receiving the goods.
Can I make changes to my order?
Upon approval of your proof we are still able to make changes to your artwork upon request. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately or call us on 020 3535 1895 during office hours, so we can amend your details before your design is created.
Any changes to your order will incur a delay receiving the goods and may result in additional charges. Standard artwork alteration charge is £15.00.
How do I take advantage of any promotional codes?
Promotional codes are entered on the checkout page, before proceeding to payment page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal accounts.
How are items delivered?
Keeko Designs offers free shipping on all framed print and canvases (UK mainland only). The delivery time is 2-3 working days. For an additional fee we will organise for your framed print or canvas to arrive the next working day. Please note this service requires a signature on delivery. Framed prints and canvases are shipped with either Royal Mail or UKMail.
Keeko Designs cannot be held responsible for any late, lost, or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met.
Can I choose a different delivery address to the billing address?
Items can be sent to either the billing address or to a different address, which you can specify at checkout.
Can I order items to be sent outside the UK?
Yes you can. For Non UK mainland or overseas delivery please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 3535 1895. Delivery to Non UK mainland (including overseas addresses) can take between 5-15 working days.
You, or the addressee, may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware that these are the responsibility of you, ‘the customer’.
How are the artworks shipped?
All framed prints and canvases are bubble wrapped, then placed in a strong double walled corrugated box or shipping.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Photographic evidence will be requested. We will then reproduce your order and have that delivered to the same address. Claims received later than 5 days from delivery may be rejected.
I haven’t received an order or dispatch confirmation email?
On rare occasions, emails are misdirected as spam by incoming mail servers. Therefore, if you do not immediately receive an order confirmation or proof approval email, please check your junk mail folder or call us on 020 3535 1895.
I received an email confirmation for dispatch but I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
